What a week, so far! We have learned a lot of new procedures and school and classroom rules to follow this week! Your child is probably getting the hang of most of those by now.
On Monday, we had a bus safety program and we got to ride on a real bus and learn the rules of the bus. It was quite hot, but the breeze through the windows made some of them look a little sleepy after that first long day.
On Tuesday, we read We Share Everything by Robert Munsch. Your child listened to the story and was asked to draw their favorite part of the book!
On Wednesday, we made frames for our first day of school pictures to go into. We had our first fire drill and the children impressed me with how quietly and quickly they could line up!
