Due to the limited and unpredictable delivery of the H1N1 vaccine, the Hendricks County Health Dept. is adjusting its response to student vaccinations.
These are the points you need to be aware of:
1. Students will not be vaccinated at school during the school day, rather, the BCSC will cooperate with the HCHD to provide facilities during non-school hours if/when the vaccine becomes available for our students.
2. Mrs. Nyberg will send the previously collected vaccination consent forms home with students THIS FRIDAY, October 30, as they will be required should student vaccinations take place at a BCSC facility. Forms will still be available on the BCSC website, but parents will ONLY need them for vaccination on our campus. Parents will be notified of these changes in an AlertNow call tomorrow evening. Please do not schedule any other AlertNow calls for Thursday evening.
